Great buying experience!! Everything went so smooth and they were able to hold my bike for me until I completed my class M. Very friendly and explained everything.

Purchased a used HD XL883L at a great price. The sales associate was helpful and got us the best deal without any hassle or high pressure sales tactics. We also purchased some parts to add to the bike. The parts had to be ordered and were originally scheduled to show up mid-week. When we didn't receive them I called Freedom on Friday. They had arrived at their store, but UPS wouldn't have them at our house until Monday or Tuesday. We live about 40 minutes away so one of the Freedom team members who lived in our neck of the woods brought them to our front door. Because of this extra effort I was able to get the parts installed over the weekend. This would not have happened if it weren't for Daniel Zettina, who contacted me before any other dealer. After a couple of days of emails and phone calls, Daniel earned my interest, and my buisness. Daniel was extremely professional, witty, and just has the best attitude. Mind you, I had never been to this dealership, I could have even gone to the dealership 20 minutes from me, rather than drive an hour to Freedom.
